By submitting this request for registration to access the resources and Financial Literacy Competition (FLC), I acknowledge that I have read and understood the complete Rules, Terms and Conditions, that I am eligible to participate in the FLC and that I agree to abide by its terms.
Access is granted to Möbius on the basis of information you have provided and which you confirm is accurate and complete. The University of Waterloo reserves the right to verify that information and withdraw access, awards and recognition if found to be incorrect.
Privacy and the collection of personal information
Personal information collected as part of the registration process will be used by the School of Accounting and Finance and DigitalEd for:
- Creation of student, class and school accounts in Möbius (an online learning platform supported by DigitalEd and licensed for use by the University of Waterloo) to provide access to resources connected to the delivery of the FLC and for delivery of the FLC itself.
- Grading of the competition for identification of awards and recognition in accordance with the contest rules.
The personal information captured for purposes of registering in Möbius will not be maintained past the competition date. The personal information maintained in Möbius related to competition results and grading will be maintained beyond the competition date to support historical analysis of competition data including, but not limited to, participation numbers, use of resources, results and grading. Please review the Privacy Policy of DigitalEd before registering.
I understand that by registering for the FLC and the related resources, I am consenting to the use of personal information collected for the purposes described above.
